This single-storey house is finished in crisp white render, with black-framed windows and glazed doors opening onto dark decked terraces. Wall lights wash the render after dark, and a palm stands in a raised rendered planter beside the steps.

The build photos follow the structure from the ground up: steel reinforcement laid for the foundations, concrete poured into formwork, blockwork walls rising with the window openings formed, and steel beams set over the top.
