Single-Storey Garden Extension

This single-storey extension is built in brick and painted white, with full-width sliding glazing across the rear so the room opens directly onto the garden, and a circular porthole window set into the brickwork above brick-paved steps.

Inside, one wall is laid as a textured white brick feature running the length of the room. The ceiling joists are left exposed and painted, with a rooflight bringing in extra daylight.

The kitchen is bespoke oak joinery, with full-height doors concealing the larder storage, a range cooker and an oak island beneath pendant lights.
